Question 1

What cleaning schedule do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We build our regular rounds around a 6-weekly maintenance schedule (our most popular option) or a 12-weekly quarterly clean. However, we are always flexible to discuss other custom cycles, as well as one-off deep cleans.

Question 2

How much does a window cleaner cost in Banbury?

Accepted Answer

Every property is different — two houses with the same number of bedrooms can vary significantly in window count, layout, parking/gate access, rear conservatories or extensions, and how soiled the frames and glass are (for example after renovations). Instead of a generic online calculator, simply enter your postcode and upload 2–3 quick photos of your house (front, back, and sides) using our quote form for a fast, accurate tailored price. Every residential clean includes all window glass, UPVC frames, sills, and front/back doors as standard.

Question 3

Which villages around Banbury do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We operate regular residential and commercial cleaning rounds across Banbury (Central, Cherwell Heights, Hardwick, Easington, Grimsbury), Bodicote, Longford Park, Adderbury, Bloxham, Deddington, Brackley, Middleton Cheney, Kings Sutton, Chipping Norton, and surrounding Oxfordshire & South Northamptonshire villages within a 15-mile radius.

Question 4

Do you clean frames, sills, and doors as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! Unlike traditional window cleaners who just squeegee the centre of the glass, we scrub and rinse every frame, window sill, and your front and back composite or UPVC doors as standard with every residential clean.

Question 5

Do you clean commercial premises and offices?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We cater to commercial properties, offices, restaurants, retail shopfronts, and larger businesses across Banbury with reliable service, flexible scheduling, and competitive commercial pricing. We hold comprehensive Public Liability Insurance.

Question 6

Do you offer gutter clearing and conservatory roof cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We use high-powered wet and dry gutter vacuum systems with lightweight carbon fibre extension poles that safely empty moss, leaves, and silt from the ground without balancing dangerous ladders on tiles. We also provide specialist soft-wash cleaning for UPVC fascias, soffits, and conservatory roofs.

Question 7

How does pure water window cleaning work?

Accepted Answer

We use a multi-stage reverse osmosis and deionisation filtration system that purifies regular tap water down to 0 TDS (parts per million of minerals). Because there are no minerals, chemicals or detergents, it naturally evaporates to leave a sterile, 100% streak-free finish that repels dust longer.

Question 8

Do I need to be in when you clean?

Accepted Answer

No, not at all! As long as we have unlocked side or back garden gate access, we can complete the exterior clean safely. We send you an automated text reminder the day before and drop a clean confirmation slip with bank transfer details.

Question 9

Can you clean in the rain?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Rainwater is naturally soft and does not cause dirty windows — road grime, bird lime and dust do. Using pure water, windows cleaned in light rain dry completely spotless. We back this with our 24-hour streak-free re-clean guarantee.
